From Berlin Film Community
4.6

Hey Film Friends! Next Drink.Watch.Talk. 🍸👀💬 will be held at the fantastic House Of Music Sunday, October 25th at 19:00. Featured Movie and Director is Moira Brown with the short movie "SPAGHETTI VACATION", a micro-budget, queer, sex worker-made film, funded entirely by sex worker earnings. It follows a lovelorn cowboy who is abducted and seduced by aliens, in a Lynchian mix of sex, violence, and sapphic romance told as a camp duet. Features sexually explicit material. **Note:** Limited seating! In addition there will be an Q&A 🎥🎙️ with the director after the screening and we will also show a curated selection of short films around a unifying theme. All films will either be in English or with English subtitles and this event is free of charge. Come on down, watch some fabulous short films, have a drink from the lovely HoM bar staff, and chill while networking with Berlin filmmakers. Looking forward to seeing you there on October 25 for Drink.Watch.Talk. 🍻🎬🗣️

The Minority Report

The Minority Report

Wed, Nov 4, 7:30 PM
From Berlin Comedy in English
4.5

The Minority Report is a weekly stand-up comedy show about identity, culture, and the expat experience. Are you a minority in Europe? Did something weird, awkward, or low-key offensive happen to you this week? This is the space to vent your feelings about it. Every week, comedians Bryan Lee and Moe Singleton take the stage to unpack life as outsiders, offering their unique commentary on topics like race, masculinity, relationships, and life between cultures. Add weekly special guest comedians and “question time” with the audience, and you’ve got Berlin’s most unhinged comedy experience. 🎟️ Want to warm up before the show? Check out our comedy workshop – a beginner-friendly stand-up class with Bryan and Moe, hosted just before the show.
