We meet and sketch each other in Berlin. This is just an art gym that we also exercise our social skills. Afterwards usually we go for lunch as a group. **How Does It Work?** This event is simple, we meet and sketch each other doing portraits. Most of the participants use pencils or watercolors. Main aim is to socialize while we draw. There will be plenty of time to talk and get to know each other. We have to mention that this event is suitable for all levels. Many have started to draw in our event actually. **Structure** A. Warmup Phase: We pose to each other for 1 minute. B. Main Phase: We pose to each other for 10 minutes. C. Showcase Phase: We show some of the drawings we did to each other. **Who We Are** Creative Sessions is an art events group located in Berlin. **Is it Free?** The event is free of charge. It is advisable to get a drink though. This is a cafe, we need to have at least half of the people on each table with a drink. They accept only cash and most hot drinks cost from 2.50 to 3.50. **How to help or donate?** The event is provided for free but many people help this be a regular thing. We also need people to volunteer and help for minor tasks like the serving of the drinks or cleaning up. Just send us a message. If you want to donate and keep this event from happening, via Paypal to the host (Miltos) : https://ko-fi.com/miltosthings/ **Art Materials?** Bring your own art materials. **Our Instagram Profile** Follow us on instagram @icreativesessions Use the hashtag #icreativesessions on your post description there to find out drawings from the event!

Muse Session: Sketch & Meet for Singles

Muse Session: Sketch & Meet for Singles

Thu, Oct 22, 4:45 PM
From Creative Sessions
4.8

Meet fellow singles through portrait sketching and relaxed conversation! Muse Session is a relaxed, creative dating evening where you don't have to survive awkward small talk. You get paper, pencils, and a few playful prompts, and you draw your potential muse. No artistic skills required: stick figures and wobbly portraits are welcome, and usually the best icebreakers. **How it works** 1. **Arrive & settle in**: grab your drink, pick up your sketch kit, and meet the room. 2. **Draw your muse**: you'll be paired for short rounds. Sketch each other, swap drawings, and see how you're seen. 3. **Rotate & chat**: new partner, new prompt, new conversation. 4. **Free Hangout**: keep your sketches, find the people you clicked with, and stay for another drink. **Who is this for?** Singles aged 25-45 who are culturally curious, open to new connections, and would rather laugh over a bad drawing than scroll through another app. This evening is mainly set up as a hetero-format event, but everyone is welcome to apply. LGBTQ+ singles, you are free to apply: just send us a message and we'll get back to you. If we receive enough LGBTQ+ applications, we'll gladly include you in this very evening, with dedicated pairings, so everyone gets a great time. If not, we'll keep you in mind for the next edition. **Good to know** * Your first drink (soft drink or beer) is included; additional drinks are available at the bar at regular prices * Spots are limited to keep the evening friendly and intimate * Small, balanced group: we'll aim for an even mix **Reserve a Ticket on Eventbrite and Verify Your Spot** Reserve a spot by getting a ticket on our eventbrite link: [https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2003399619191](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2003399619191) In order to verify your spot you will need to fill out an additional Google Form questionaire. This is important so that we can create a balanced session. We will send you the Google Form to fill out via the email you have provided us. Make sure that you check you spam folder. **Refund Policy** We can issue a full refund of your registration ticket up to 2 Days before the event starts.
