Lento goes to Potsdam - Gravel Cycling from Berlin to Potsdam 🍂🌳

🚲 **Lento to Potsdam — Bikes & Cheesecake** Fall is here, and the forests are beautiful! A little escape from Berlin! We'll meet at Brandenburger Tor around 9 AM and ride to Potsdam, taking the scenic route and stopping for lunch and a snack along the way. Once in Potsdam, there's a very good cheesecake spot waiting for us. Priorities, obviously. 🍰 For the way back, you've got two options: take the train back to Berlin or ride the full route back by bike. I'll probably cycle back, so feel free to join if you're up for the extra kilometres. As always with Lento, the route isn't set in stone. If you have any ideas, suggestions or feedback, they're more than welcome. This is a group ride, so let's shape it together! No racing, no pressure — just bikes, good company and cake. Gravel Gay Sunday

**Let’s open the autumn gravel season this Sunday** For our first weekend excursion this Sunday, we're taking a beautiful, easy point-to-point ride through the forests of Brandenburg. We'll take a quick train up to Eberswalde and ride south through the Biesenthal Basin—including a scenic loop around Hellsee—before finishing right at the Bernau station. We’re gonna bike roughly 50km at a chill pace :) RSVP to save your spot! Der erste Treff der Laufgruppe Weissensee. Wir treffen uns um 17.30 Uhr am Eingang des Strandbads Weissensee. Wir laufen 3-5 Runden um den See, so gut wie die Dunkelheit es uns ermöglicht. Wer Lust hast noch mehr zu laufen, kann gerne noch durch die Nebenstraßen mit mir weiterziehen.

Ultimate Frisbee in the Park - late summer edition

Hi everyone. We'll meet and play a relaxed game of ultimate in Volkspark Rehberge if the weather cooperates. Our games focus on having great team play, where the teams work together to advance the disk down the field. It's more important to work well together as a team than have a few star players get a point with lucky shots. For this reason, players of all skill levels (especially those who have never played) are welcome to join Bring plenty of water, shoes you can run in and comfortable clothing that can get a bit dirty. Although we're an established group, newcomers are always welcome. After the game we try to spend some time together and have fun. Finding us: We meet in this big grassy area, it's a short bike ride from the subway stop Rehberge on the U6 or Amrumer Strasse on the U9. It can be a bit tricky to find the first time, so we've got a few methods to help out (don't trust the meetup map pin, it often shows some point in the park, not the exact spot where we are) 1. Hike and Reflect - Wandern und Austausch

🥾 Hike & Reflect Hiking together, spending time outdoors, having good conversations and simply seeing what develops along the way. We usually meet on Saturday mornings and explore beautiful hiking routes around Berlin that are easy to reach by regional train or public transport. Most hikes take around 4–5 hours and cover approximately 15–20 km. 🌿 What happens along the way From time to time, I will bring in reflection questions, conversation prompts or simple exercises. Sometimes we might practise really listening to each other, explore a personal question, look at something from a different perspective or simply experience nature more consciously. We might also try a short partner exercise or walk a small section with our eyes closed. Everything is optional. You are just as welcome to come along, enjoy the landscape, meet new people and be part of the group without joining every exercise or conversation. 💬 The coaching element I am a certified systemic coach with around 12 years of corporate experience. I bring some of my coaching background into the questions, exercises and overall structure of the hikes. At the same time, this is not about me coaching everyone. The idea is to create a space where people can learn from each other, share experiences, listen properly and discover new perspectives through conversation. I provide a few impulses and a loose framework. The group creates the rest. 🤝 What Hike & Reflect is about Movement, nature, meeting people and having conversations that we often do not make enough time for in everyday life. Sometimes the conversations may become thoughtful, sometimes they will be light and funny, and sometimes we may simply walk next to each other for a while. We will see what happens. 👟 Who is it for? Anyone who enjoys being outdoors, meeting new people and likes the idea of combining hiking with a little more reflection and conversation. The hikes are designed for different fitness levels, although 15–20 km does require a basic level of fitness and being comfortable walking for several hours.

Bouldering Session

Have you always wanted to learn bouldering but never had the right company? Or are you an experienced boulderer who just wants to find boulder-buddies? If yes, this is the right event for you. We are going to meet inside "urban apes Basement Boulderstudio", close to S Anhalter Bahnhof, also not far from Potsdamer Platz. If you have never been there, you will need to sign up with them, which will take a bit of time. After that, **you can find us on the couches near the lockers (not in front of the reception), next to a red smiley**. When you enter the actual gym, enter the hall by turning left immediately - you are walking towards them. We will start warming up around 11:10, so everyone has enough time to arrive and get changed before that. ***\*\*\**** *Spots are limited, so please update your RSVP at least 24 hours in advance if you won't be joining. **NO-SHOWs ARE NOT COOL \*\*\**** We enter the gym at 11:00, if you are late, you will need to look for us inside. IMPORTANT: they only accept cards as a payment method. No cash. One day ticket will cost you 13,90 EUR (10,90 EUR if you are a student, free if Urban Sports Club). **What to bring: well, first of all, a good mood.** But you could also bring * climbing shoes if you have any. If not, you can rent them there, no worries. They cost 3,50 EUR. * a lock (for the locker). * chalk. You won't need that if you are a beginner. Renting is possible. * water. * extra clothes. We’ll continue meeting once a week on Tuesdays at 18:30.
