## 20 Years of Cask Days Calling all members - from the O.G. to the newest one - come join us for some fine beer. **Cask Days** is a celebration of cask-conditioned beer, naturally carbonated, unfiltered and served straight from the cask. Once tapped, it has only a few days to be enjoyed in its prime. We call them Cask Days. Join us October 16–18, 2026, at [282 Campbell Ave](https://maps.app.goo.gl/Bt3PLEYsF8TtVi2J7)., the future home of [Bottega Volo’s](http://bottegavolo.com/) second location. The 20th edition will feature 100+ casks from breweries across Canada, natural wine, great food and music. It all began on the patio of [Bar Volo](http://barvolo.com/) in 2005. HOW IT WORKS ## CASK AVAILABILITY Cask ale waits for no one. Once tapped, each cask has only a few glorious days at its best—and when it’s gone, it’s gone. We’ll have just one cask of each beer, so if something special has caught your eye, book an earlier session and get to it before the crowd does. ## SERVINGS & GLASSWARE Cask Days is a tasting journey, so every beer is poured in a 5 oz serving. Most pours cost one token, while specialty and stronger ales cost two. Your official Cask Days 2026 mug is included with your ticket and is yours to keep and reuse throughout the festival. ## FOOD & DRINK TOKENS Tokens are your festival currency, good for cask ales and food at every session. Each token is worth $3.75 plus tax, and Session 1–4 tickets include 4x tokens to get you started. Need more? Tokens will be available for purchase at the event. Tokens are non-refundable. Before metal kegs, CO₂, and refrigeration, beer was served as cask-conditioned ale. Unlike most beer, cask ale continues fermenting in the cask until just before it's poured, creating its naturally gentle carbonation. Before serving, the cask is vented to release excess gas and the yeast settles to the bottom. The result is a beer that's lightly carbonated, served at cellar temperature, and exceptionally fresh, with vibrant flavour and character. Once tapped, a cask is best enjoyed within just a few days.** We call those days, Cask Days.** Their website has a lot of FAQ's. Hope to see a lot of members there.

Customer Segmentation: Who Will Pay for Your Product?

The fastest way to start a new business is to try to sell it to everybody. This session will teach you to narrow down your target group by using geography, demographics, and behavioral statistics to determine demand. It will also cover how to spot your early adopters, i.e., the people who need what you're building most will be flexible while you get it right. We'll discover how to narrow down your target audience, and how to determine if you were well informed in your decisions. The program includes a short networking component, providing participants with an opportunity to connect with other entrepreneurs.
