Being a part of the LGBTQIA+ community and supporting someone you love through their struggles, aren't often things that get named together. A lot of the time, there are spaces designed for one or the other. *It's time that this changes.* Express Yourself is a creative journalling group for LGBTQIA+ people navigating care. Whether you're supporting or providing care for a parent, sibling, partner, chosen family or friend - whether it's visible or invisible. This is a space to bring your whole self. **What to expect:** Two hours of creative journalling run by two family and carer peer workers who identify as a part of the LGBTQIA+ community. Creative prompts designed for you. Sharing is optional. No experience is needed. Free.
